Postponed: UMI 2020 Program - Module IV Leadership in the Public Utility

The NADB has decided to postpone until further notice, the Module IV that would take place the first week of April 2020 in San Antonio, TX.
NADB, through UMI, has been committed to the professional development and capacity building of water utility professionals in the US-Mexico border region for the last 20 years.
The UMI Program aims to strengthen the administrative and financial management of water utilities and will cover topics such as legal framework, organizational structuring, budget, performance indicators and results, leadership, communication and negotiation.
