On January14, 2025, the Board of Directors approved the Water Investment Program (WIP), which establishes a programmatic approach for the approval of basic infrastructure projects to be financed through the NADBank loan program or with grants from its Community Assistance Program (CAP) or from the Border Environment Infrastructure Fund (BEIF), which is funded by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Under this program, NADBank Management is authorized to ratify qualified water, wastewater and stormwater projects with a defined scope and financial structure, subject to the criteria, procedures and limitations established under the WIP and subject to compliance with the policies and procedures of the funding source in question.
