The project consists of the elaboration of the Urban Solid Waste Management Plan in the landfill of the Municipality of Juarez. The diagnosis of the current management of waste in each of its stages, starting from collection to disposal will be made. In addition, an analysis of the applicable recycling technologies will be carried out according to the characterization of the waste including financial estimation and regulatory evaluation. Subsequently, the reports and analysis will be evaluated by stage and type of technology to be considered more efficient and optimal to contemplate possible agreements and / or contractual modifications with any agent or entity involved in the operation of the landfill with a focus on the circular economy. The Urban Solid Waste Management Plan will be registered and published under the municipal ordinance.
