The proposed project consists of the design, construction and operation of a 117-megawatt (MW) wind farm located in Reynosa, Tamaulipas (the “Project”). The electricity generated by the Project will be purchased by a group of commercial and industrial consumers pursuant to several long-term power purchase agreements (PPA).
