Who can enroll?
Eligible participants must be employees of public or private water or wastewater utilities located within100 km (62 miles) north of the U.S.-Mexico border in California, Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas or within 300 km (approx.186 miles) south of the border in Baja California, Sonora, Chihuahua, Coahuila, Nuevo León, and Tamaulipas.
Since these UMI seminars are now offered online, they are also available to other interested parties from other institutions and from different geographical areas.
Why attend?
Attendees will receive information from experts with first-hand experience in each topic and will have the opportunity for direct interaction with them, as well as gain practical knowledge from case studies in the region.
How long is each session?
The two-day sessions are 90 minutes each with simultaneous translation from English to Spanish or vice versa.
