Tucson, AZ. – Davis-Monthan Air Force Base (DMAFB), SunEdison LLC, Tucson Electric Power Company (TEP) and the North American Development Bank (NADB) celebrated a ribbon-cutting ceremony this morning for the completion of the 16-megawatt (DC) solar park located at the base, southeast of the city of Tucson, Arizona
